I like to think that I am good at my job, but I have one thing that I have never figured out:
When I hand somebody a frame and say "now, we're only trying this on for color, not for shape", or "so take a look at this shape, but ignore the color", people invariably try on the pair that I handed to them and go "oh I hate this shape" or "oh I hate this color", completely ignoring what I just said. I don't know man.... this bugs me and it happens all the time. Any sage advice?
