Looking for a supplier for PTOSIS CRUTCH <<found>>

I am Looking for a supplier for PTOSIS CRUTCH for a Doc that wants to install them on the patient's glasses.
    Hilco says "discontinued product"
    Vigor says no.
    Opti-source says no
    Amcon says no.

Searched Optiboard and found out some people make their own.

    Any suggestions for a supplier?

<<< EDIT.... I found a supplier in Canada. McCray Optical >>>>>

    Thank you in advance

Your lab should be able to make them for you.

I work in an ophthalmology office (and in eyecare for 11 years now) and had never heard of ptosis crutches until I started studying for the ABO. Our ophthalmologist does upper blepharoplasties as well as brow lifts. Granted, getting insurance companies to pay for ptosis surgery is hard. We have to be able to demonstrate with taped and untaped fields that it's significantly hindering their vision and then it is up to the insurance company to decide if they want to pay for it. Some patients can't afford the copays/deductible even if it IS covered let alone out of pocket. They can also choose to go to a plastic surgeon. Not sure if that route is cheaper or not. I am not sure how I went this long never having heard of or seen ptosis crutches though.

No one ever was injured from a Ptosis crutch it is as likely as sticking the end of the temple in someone’s eye when you dispense a pair of glasses. The measurements you supply are general you do the final fitting upon dispensing.
