Edging poly Essilor Kappa

I am having trouble edging polycarbonate on the Essilor kappa. The lenses often times comes out chewed up. Any tips or suggestions? Thank you

When edging poly the initial roughing cycle must run dry with just a small amount of water running from the back nozzle to clear swarf. As the cycle continues establishing the bevel, this part of the cycle is dry as well with water finally turning on to either smooth or polish bevel.
