Machine screw for Reichert Trial Frame...

Believe it or not one of the slide screws has broken on our very old trial frame.

I'm not sure of the most cost effective way to replace this thumb screw that slides the eye-piece. Or should I buy a new/used trial frame?

Can any OptiBoarder chime in with a suggestion or am I screwed;)

Closer examination shows it is in the Hilco catalog as a "Metal cell trial frame" not Reichert.
