Best Machine For Output

I need some advice.

I have a mid size lens replacement company and am looking to upgrade our machines. We can’t afford the MEI or Satisloh machines but are looking for a edger that can output 100+ orders a day. We use polycarbonate polarized lenses with a water system edger currently (Ale-1000).

We also need a scanner that can hold roughly 3000 template/saves.
An edger that can cut both left and right simultaneously would be great but my main concern is output speed.

Do you know how many template saves the scanner holds? Also, how fast it cuts one lens?

I forget how many shapes the blocker holds (we use Innovations as our LMS so it's pretty much unlimited). Average cycle time is about 2 minutes, and incredibly accurate! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WC78uPf2x9M&t=178s

I know of a very low-cost tracing/edging software that will save more that 3,000 shapes, and without clogging up your machine, plus it stores the job for redos, Rx changes, 2nd pair, warranty, etc.

Do you run all plano, or are there prescription lenses mixed in as well? Also, any coatings on the lenses you're cutting?
