Our rep apparently quit, which I was not aware of until now. I have been calling the customer service because I need a Porsche frame for a patient ASAP and no one answers. I've left them multiple messages requesting a call back as this patient broke his frames and needs them back asap. We normally would just email our rep directly in these situations, but now were are rep-less. Anyone else having this issue?
We never received a new catalogue for 2022 as our rep never came and we haven't been provided with a new one so I have no idea if the frame I need is even current.
