    Anyone know what's up with Rodenstock?

    Our rep apparently quit, which I was not aware of until now. I have been calling the customer service because I need a Porsche frame for a patient ASAP and no one answers. I've left them multiple messages requesting a call back as this patient broke his frames and needs them back asap. We normally would just email our rep directly in these situations, but now were are rep-less. Anyone else having this issue?

    We never received a new catalogue for 2022 as our rep never came and we haven't been provided with a new one so I have no idea if the frame I need is even current.

    I think Rodenstock are struggling. Who buys from them nowadays?

    We do, unfortunately. We carry the Porsche line. They never did call me back and still cannot get a human being on the phone. Very concerning.

    Good luck! It's always concerning when you suddenly have no rep and no replacement. When you add in the fact that you can't reach anyone on the line...doesn't sound good.

    Yeah. I wouldn't be heartbroken if they were going out of business and the Porsche eyewear was discontinued but it would be nice to know that. I have left them several messages since last week and no one has called me back. I only found out our rep quit when I tried to email her. :/ I don't know what to do for replacement frames if we don't have one in stock. Thankfully, I found the frame the patient needed tucked away in the back of our display and he was happy with taking the "floor model."
