What is going on with Kenmark??
They tried to convince me 10 times or more in the past 15 years to open an account. Finally, I did a year and a half ago. Product quality is much better than I could have imagined, but......
Rep no-showed in January and I never heard anything. A few weeks later, I called the corporate office and am told that he left and I have a new rep. But they can't give me a phone number, just an email address. I email her and and get no response. Two months later, I get a letter from corporate saying there is another new rep. This time there is a phone number. I called today and the rep tries to talk me out of scheduling an appointment with him to look at frames???? He asked when I last saw the line. I told him September and he says there is "nothing new since then." How is this possible? What is going on with this company????
