Not sure if that helps. I have never had a patient with this plan. The VSP site has been having more issues since they rolled out the new eclaim crap. It crashes from time to time and now some things are going haywire when we try to submit claims. Chose a B tier AR coat for a patient (it's even under the B in the dropdown menu) and when we printed off the packing slip and service report it said AR C. I go through and double check everything before submitting a claim. I don't get it.
