    Costco pre-moistened wipes?? scratching problems?

Is anyone having customers come back with serious scratches after using the pre-moistened wipes that Costco sells?

We have had a tremendous influx of them....and the common denominator is the Costco wipes (I think they are made by B & L??)

We sell the wipes by Nanofilm and customers who consistently use those wipes don't seem to have a problem.

We could be paranoid...but .... it's very strange.... anybody else have input?

    Thanks-

    Karen

Not to long ago I shopped several places in a three county area. I was handed cleaner and wipes to buy but none were marked for antireflective lenses like Nanofilm 's were that we dispense.

After receiving these I simply told the associate that my optician recommended purchasing special cleaner and wet wipes for AR. They finally found them and told me that they never noticed these products before. Rule of thumb.....never assume anything. The first type of items said anti-fogging by the way and nothing about coated lenses.
