Looking for Camera Attachment for Lensmeter with Live View

For demonstration purposes, I am looking for a camera attachment that fits onto a lensmeter which can present the image for an audience to observe. Has anyone seen of such devices? I have had limited success attaching my phone but the screen is too small for a group to see what's happening.

When a camera is used (and attach to the eyepiece) with an astronomical telescope this way, it is called afocal projection, because you are viewing a collimated beam (rendered parallel by the eyepiece) rather than a converging beam (which is what you have when the camera body is attached with a conventional T adapter.
Measure the eyepiece’s barrel diameter and call a good astronomy shop like B&H Photo, High Point scientific or Astronomics and ask for help with an afocal adapter.

Here’s a pic done with a afocal adapter through a telescope:

also to note: I am looking for live footage to demonstrate reading prism and varied cylinder strengths and still photographs will not suffice. I guess a digital SLR with HDMI output would suffice if I had the proper attachment?

whoa this is neat. do the images react the same way a topcon / b&l lensmeter would? I want to use it as a teaching aid.
