Can You Fabricate A Franklin With Rx Top And Plano Bottom For Someone?

I have a gal looking for someone to make her a pair of glasses with a Franklin style lens with her Rx on top and Plano on the bottom.
If you don't understand see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJ1Sh5Ir7m0
I'd do it but I don't have the equipment anymore.
If you can do it please let me know.
PM or better email me through the OpticianWorks website and I'll connect you.
    Thanks

I think (but it is least fun than make it by hand) if you have someone with a Mei or a nidek 1xxx you can easily do it with no hand stuff

No special equipment needed to do this with cr lenses. Just cut two sv lenses in half, mount a piece of sandpaper to a flat surface and grind the cut portion of the lens until it is perfectly flat. Glue the two halves together using clear expoxy. Edge to fit the frame.

I googled microscope camera adapter. There are several results that will work for a lensmeter
