    Nosepads that don't wobble.....alternatives?

I am not a fan of nosepads that do not "wobble." You know the type, found on many frames such as icBerlin, Ovvo, Maui, etc. where you can adjust the pad arms but the pads themselves are stationary.

Does anyone know about alternative pads that would fit these that would allow pad wobble to provide a more comfortable fit (especially to those with thin-skin noses)? I have tried to modify some in the past but they always fall out....

There isn't much to choose from for the specialty noes pads that aren't screwed in. I know you can get pads that are silicone with a pocket of air inside, like a pillow, but I think those are limited to screw in and the traditional snap in styles.

If they are fitted right I don't see why they need to wobble.

I consider how the pad sits and pre-adjust before recommending the frame when I sell Ovvo and Silhouette.

It's much like a frame that doesn't have spring hinges- if I'm adjusting it right a spring mechanism is just one more thing to break.
