Back Surface, Front surface, Double surface lenses

    Good morning/evening fellow colleagues,

I am a budding new optometrist that just entered to field. However i am still a little confused over these 3 terms of back , front and double surface lenses. Could anyone please enlightened me on these 3 terms? I did my own research ,i got the answers but i still do not exactly understand them completely.

    Best regards!
