Is the davis website extra broken for anyone else?

This is beyond ridiculous. I have 3 jobs that I haven't been able to submit due to various website issues. 2 of the jobs won't go through because the right eye sphere power is plano and the left hast power. I hate davis vision with a passion.

*Sometimes* you have to clear your browser cookies, and magically the site will work, but it is not uncommon for it to be buggy.

Unfortunately the web browser I use for davis is actually set up to delete the cookies every time I close the browser to prevent this.

Davis just sucks. Nothing works and they are extremely disorganized. Reps are no help either. Say a prayer or do a ritual - be just as good as calling their provider service.

So we just got a Davis contract where we can use our usual outside lab. So far it's going well. A bit of a rocky start with programming the correct numbers into our computer but so far it's working out well. We are in PA so I'm not sure what other states are allowed an outside lab.

    Takes less time, too.

Same here. It's nice to be able to use Homer Optical for our Davis jobs, though I understand they are merely a middle man for some of the work.

We use K-optical so not Essilor owned and no middle man. All local. For us, they are so close they hand deliver!

The worst customer service known to man... Davis Vision. Never again working with them. We dropped them after repeated several hour long waits on hold to fix things and then they would hang up. I have never seen an insurance company so poorly ran, and that's saying something working with insurances for the past 15 years.

    Davis is broken.

    Period.

No idea about their website though.
