    Essilor lenses

Hello everybody, I have one question. Does somebody have problem with Essilor lenses (i insert picture link - https://ibb.co/LznW05D ), it's Crizal Sapphire. This look like spider net, but inside of lens. They is visible only on the light and specific angle. Glasses are one month old.

The reflection looks green, are you sure they are sapphire? Green reflections in Essilor products are pretty much everything besides Sapphire and prevencia--easy, alize, avance and rock.

This is covered under their scratch guarantee. I haven't noticed any of the Crizal products having specific crazing/scratching problems or patterns. This kind of crazing can happen with any AR.

    +1 Everything NAICITPO said.

That crazing looks like a glazing mistake, someone pushed the center of the lens to glaze or unglaze, bent the lens, that cracked the AR. Even looks like a thumb. I know, I've damaged enough lenses myself this way over the years.

That definitely doesn't look like Sapphire to me.

To me, it looks more like stress fractures rather than the typical crazing, as if the lenses were pushed on. AR crazing is usually faint because it is only on the AR layer, so it's not as obvious looking, but who knows. Did the patient bring them back into you after a month with them looking like that? Or did it come back from the lab like that? Just nosey.

It almost looks like someone either forced the lens into the frame (maybe screw wouldn't come out?) and flexed it at the center or maybe when testing the lens for secure fit, they flexed it. Normal crazing from stress via the frame would be seen more at the corners and barrel, sometimes from the top. Same if the lens was too big. Could be glazing issue or maybe even a pressure issue when blocking the lens. I agree though. That's too green to be Sapphire.
