What are your opinions on the FASTCAST MOULDED LENSES.

I am also looking for Peer reviews on MOULDED LENSES (FASTCAST SYSTEMS) as I am busy gathering info for a thesis.

Any info which has credit will be appreciated.

Since 1982 I have been watching optical in house moulding systems come, .......... advertise big............ have exhibits at the large trade shows ...................and then a few years down the road disapear totally from the optical stage.

Lens casting is a little more complicated than just fill a mould for a -2.00 lens with resin and the cure it in the same cycle together with a + 4.00 Diopter lens.

In my humble opinion the advise is, .................check it out good...........and check again and again .............so you won't have to cry "disaster" when you have lost 30 to 50,000 Dollars of investment down the road.
