I'm not entirely happy with my current lab and have been exploring our options. One of those options is to add surfacing equipment and do it ourselves for several reasons. I only need single vision and flat top bifocals, no A/R because this is for a very specific application. I understand this depends on volume, but let's assume it's high enough to justify a surface lab.
Who are good sources/companies to supply semi-finished blanks for flat tops and SV blanks (mostly 1.60/1.67)?
Also open to the best sources for SV finished lenses as well.
