    K-value table?

    Hello folks!

I was looking into estimating lens thickness and I remember that besides the sag height formula, there was another way to estimate it where you can use a constant K-value and multiply it by the power and add the minimum thickness to get a rough guestimate. Does anyone have access to the table with constant K-values? System for Opth. Dispensing mentions the concept but never provides the table.

    Any help would be appreciated!

p.s. Anyone know how accurate this would be compared to the sag height formula? Thank you.
