Re humidifying Natural Horn frames

hi everyone
i am investigating the possibility of storing and conditioning Natural Horn frames for a customer. has anyone any knowledge or experience with Humify bags or chambers to recondition horn frames.
we are experiencing issues with dry and brittle Horn frames and are looking for solutions for this problem. thanks!!

Use "SEARCH" with "real tortoise" or "real horn" and there are several threads that mention reconditioning with butter(!) or different oils. As well as oil steam (Never heard of that).

Not a lot as you can imagine.
