Have any of you complied with cultural competency training in your organization or State Regulatory Agencies yet?

Cultural Competency Training 2021 Reducing health disparities by addressing cultural diversity requires this training of all subcontractors supporting its contracts for Medicaid or Medicare- Medicaid programs, based on applicable contractual and regulatory obligations to the states.

Like, WTF, we've been doing that...forever. I've had EVERYTHING in my office over 30 years. What is someone going to teach me? I should be teaching them.
