Gel spray lens cleaner

What is the deal with that?

I tried some, as we were given a sample a while back, and it worked well. It stayed adherent to the lens opposed to dripping off, like a healthy dose of liquid spray will. That being said, we don't do a ton of retail products and the cost is slightly more, so it was not added to our product line.

We use it as promotional dispensing swag, it lasts much longer than the regular so folks are not asking for replacement as much. Have only received positive feed back.

I sell a good bit of lens cleaner and I switched to the gel after I tried a sample bottle. Very little dripping as Quince said and I actually feel like it does clean AR coated lenses better. HOWEVER, the nozzle will get clogged if it's not used often enough but it does open up easily when cleaned with a little alcohol. I haven't had any patients tell me that's enough of a problem to not get it again so I guess it's not a big deal.
