bladeless lasik

I have my LASIK scheduled for next week in a vision institute nearby. As I've read, many believe the bladeless decreases the risk of complications.
The only thing is, I've not heard anybody sharing their experience correcting farsightedness, and I would love it if someone could share their experiences with that. I don't usually wear glasses but have trouble focusing on astigmatism in my dominant right eye. I have cold feet.
Any thoughts or experiences would help. Thanks!!
