    Barry - are you implying that there are ODs and MDs all over the place somehow "unethically prescribing spectacle prescriptions inaccurately" - requiring you to change them +/- half a diopter at will? It appears that is what you are saying.

    Regardless, is it, or is it not in fact illegal to change any doctor's written Rx as a dispenser? I believe that is a federal restriction - not just in NYS. Clarity please?

    By extension, are you alarmed in the least that so many online CL vendors are illegally change and fill CLRx's, expired CLRx's etc? Or is that no big deal either? Of course, these legislative acts do nothing at all to inhibit such actions - and actually seem to enable if not outright protect such unscrupulous behaviors with no legal repercussions whatsoever. Does that not bother you?
