    Kappa CT Tracer L07 - Unable to block/ Reading Camera Not Working

    Hello Everyone,
    I am getting an error with my CT Tracer. The error is A75 c22.4/601.
    I am unable to block lenses. I believe the reading camera is not working, it reads no prescription. Can any assist me in fixing this issue, I have searched the web continuously to no available, and I keep seeing a message error Code A57. I also got a notification about a barcode 39. Please Help.
