    Prism in progressives

I have a job that came back with the 180 line slanted in patients progressive lenses. There is also prism in the rx.

    -0.50 sph 1.00 BU
    -0.25 sph 1.00 BD
    +2.75 add OU

My question is: Does the 180 line have to be straight, or is it fine as long as the rx and prism check out in the lensometer?
Please help. I haven't been doing this long and troubleshooting is not my strong suit.

If I remember correctly hes a first time prism wearer. Clear looking out of each eye separately. Both eyes together are blurry. The seg came back a little too high as well.

If the seg is not straight that is a reason for having the lab re-do the job. If the seg is too high that is also a reason for the lab to redo the job. It should be redone!
