Is anyone else participating in VSP One's SunSync promotion? Sell 10 Unity PALs with SunSync, get a spiff from the lab, etc. We are having some problems, and I want to try to figure out if this is company-wide, or just a miscommunication in one particular market.

The paperwork says all 10 orders must be placed in the same calendar month, but the first time we tried to submit they said the orders had to be shipped in the same month. Now they're saying all orders need to be placed and shipped in the same month. That's a ridiculous standard, right? Even assuming all things are normal, it takes 7-10 days for us to get these lenses, which means only orders placed in the first 2-1/2 weeks of the month are going to meet that requirement. And secondly, they've had some massive delays in fulfilling orders, at one point routinely taking 4-5 weeks, for which we should not be penalized.

Please refrain from lecturing me on why I shouldn't be using VSP lenses. You can start your own thread for that.
