Seiko custom coating lab in Hopkins MN will coat just about anything. They are really fast, and really good. I have some direct extension numbers, but to open an account you probably have to go through the Hoya/Seiko customer service. 1-800-367-4692. #1,#2,#4 though the menus to get to the custom coating department I think.

I don't know if they have a "blue block" coating but they probably do.
