Optical Store Valuation, Buying an Optical Store

    Hello,

Looking into buying an optical store. Googling online shows some gross evaluations for optometry clinics, but not sole optical stores.
Asking for help in valuation of an optical store or how much one should generally pay for an optical store would be appreciated. thank you!!

I work with the oldest and largest health care brokerage company in Canada. Please go deep into our website for more information about purchasing a practice. Although we are mainly a dental brokerage, we have been building an Optometrist/Optical section of which I am exclusively focused on. There are many similar metrics between dental and optometry. https://roicorp.com/ Our optometry listings detail the appraised value, gross sales, asking price and cash flow. If you sign up for our new listing service you will be notified when we list a practice or optical office. Buying an optical office is an excellent way to enter into ownership for many reasons.
Find me on the website and email me with specific questions. This is not a sales pitch. I am happy to share my extensive knowledge in this area as long as it doesn't turn into part-time job.lol There are only a few major things that determines a great purchase and a lot of minor aspects. I will hope all emails and information will be held in the strictest of confidence between the two of us. The big 5 Canadian Banks are funding 100% of practice purchases, including real estate(some are better to work with than others). Money is basically free at this point and some banks are amortizing over 12 years as opposed to 10 . Lance Edwards
