I still believe the last paragraph (un-posted) is wishful thinking. I'd post it but the ice would get too thin.
Until the elections in November, however, we may as well ask a Magic 8 Ball for an answer. My guess is with Biden not much will change. Trump has already shown that even with a majority in both Houses he couldn't end the ACA.
