    Adidas rimless RX insert a545?!?

Hi, customer brought a pair of Adidas glasses with the mentioned insert and I thought I could ask some questions here - if somebody worked with it - before I ruin everything (sorry, I might not know all the right words in english when I name the parts of the system)

On the nose side it looks like silhouette but without metal pins, just clear plastic pins/tubes coming from the nose piece side and held together with plugs that seem bigger then usual silhouette plugs. Is it possible to take it apart and put it together again? Or do I need specific plugs for Adidas?

On the outer/temple side a short silicone or maybe nylon piece is holding the distance between RX lens and sunglasses lens. Is it needed? Do I take it out of the demo lens and glue it in the RX one, how do I get it out? It doesn't seem very cooperative

    Thanx in advance

It seems I need bushings for 2mm holes and 1mm silicone shock absorber.
Has anyone work with this before?

Yes, quite a bit. The bushings are BLS 63. The lityle silicone bumper on the outside of the demo lens is not reused or necessary

What exactly are these type of glasses used for? Sports of some kind, but what type? I've never seen one quite like this.

For sports in general. That’s just the rx insert on the picture above. It clips in few different models. I have similar glasses myself and I think it’s a very good solution.
