Can we use our diagnostic contact lens Burton UV light to disinfect face masks or surfaces? Or zap eyeglass frames after they were tried on? Not sure if it is UV C or the correct wavelength. Anyone with ideas?

No, and no. UVC. Burton is UVA.
WRT to masks, the link below has the latest info for N95 type masks. Surgical masks are probably similar.
