Does anyone know of a lab that still makes single vision polycarbonate transition 7 lenses?

I need a -0.25 -0.75x122 with 3.0 base down. I just need a single lens.

I would really recommend against only replacing one photochromic lens. Any Trans 7 lens you're trying to match is at least, what, 18 months old? If you add a brand-new lens they are likely to tint at different rates and to different darkness.
