Hoya - cut outs and blanks

Hi there, does anyone know where to obtain a chart for the mystyle, and lifestyle, that would indicate blank sizes? Asked rep and he does not have one. I have had them from other companies in the past. The charts have sphere, cyl, index, and then you can look up the size and availability. Sorry if it is already posted. I did a search and didn't see anything.

I've never seen that laid out exactly, but depending on material the LifeStyle blanks are between 70mm and 75mm. Also you can't decenter them much if at all, so they can be quite limiting. In general most ophthalmic frames would be fine in most Rxs assuming an appropriate material is selected. If you're pushing the limits you can always ask your lab to calc it and see what they get.
