Distributor of optical products is looking for Customer Services Rep with basic knowledge of the optical field in Hawthorne, NY. Responsibilities includes but is not limited to answer inbound calls in a call center environment with the goal of customer satisfaction, customer retention and increasing business. Required qualifications:

  • PC proficiency in a Windows based environment with the ability to use search tools, browsers and e-mail features
  • Proficiency with MS office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effective
  • Basic knowledge of optical products(lens design, materials, frame types...)


Experience in optical stores is welcome.
Hours: M-F/ 10:00am-7:00pm. Salary base on experience.
