      2 1/2 hours before someone picked up.

      Lab broke a POF.

      Lens still came back wrong after as well.

        I was on hold for two and a half hours on Monday. I stepped away from the phone for a moment, someone picked up, and they hung up before I could get back to the phone.

          New record for me! First an hour for the person to tell me that I need order entry even though i hit the right option. Then another 2 and a half hours until I finally got my remakes called in.

            My coworker had to call three times on three consecutive days just to get an old authorization deleted. Over nine hours total time on hold. She finally called the customer line and demanded to be transferred directly.

                  Yep agree. But...A few weeks ago I gave them my cell phone number to call back and they called at 8 PM that night. This may be the protocol for call backs? They just end up being after hours. I never have checked the caller ID at the office. If any of you out there would take a late call I would suggest giving an evening number. Good luck! -C. Beard

                              5 or 6 hours on hold for us over the last 2 work days and we still never got through. We are just trying to place an online order and it won't let us complete it. I finally dropped NVA, Avesis, and VBA, so Davis is next!
