My coworker had to call three times on three consecutive days just to get an old authorization deleted. Over nine hours total time on hold. She finally called the customer line and demanded to be transferred directly.I'm Andrew Hamm and I approve this message.

5 or 6 hours on hold for us over the last 2 work days and we still never got through. We are just trying to place an online order and it won't let us complete it. I finally dropped NVA, Avesis, and VBA, so Davis is next!
