hope you can find someone to buy from

Good luck! I have advertised that I'd like to buy glass lenses, and I don't even say that I want them 'cheap'. I got only a couple of replies, and then never heard from the people again. I think sometimes people say "Oh, sure, I have lenses for sale..." only to test you to see the market value of what they have. Same goes for used equipment I've wanted to buy. I think the people who contacted me never intended to really sell their stuff, they just wanted to find out what it was worth to someone else. I wish you better luck than I had. I'm still looking to buy a small quantity of someone's glass lenses. Mike.
