Warm up very gently, low heat or use hot water.
So this isn't Optyl, but if it were you would use lots and lots of heat, not a little.

Correct. Would need to get to 120 degrees.

I'm guessing the frame in question is an injected plastic.

For the benefit of less-experienced opticians, who may not have seen much Optyl, you heat it until it feels boneless, soft and very pliable. Bend it to any shape, let it air-cool, and it will hold that shape very well - UNTIL - it is heated again, whereupon it will unadjust itself and return to its original shape. If you normally adjust temples by bending a little, then reheating and refining that adjustment, you will find this frustrating since every reheat will undo what you've previously done; you have to hit the right adjustment in one go. If cutting lenses, make sure they are slightly big; Optyl will stretch but will not shrink at all.

This doesn't happen to be that Fendi with a sort of blue'ish slightly translucent colour, very angular, that has a metal bit screwed to the front? Because I've earned my place in the inner circles of Hell trying to get a set of polarised progressives in there. Took 3 frames. Never again. The frame itself feels like Optyl, but stretches out when glazed. The metal part on the front does not give. So it stops fitting unless you keep the metal bit on, making it very hard to glaze. Cut lens slightly smaller, heated the frame, unscrewed metal bit on one side, put lens in and when still warm dunked it into a glass of cold'ish water. Made the material shrink slightly, making a snug fit.
