Looking for Lindberg nose pads.

Wondering if anyone who carries the Lindberg line could sell me a couple of pair of round slip-on 9-11mm nose pads. I've tried pads from Hilco and Dynamic but they keep tearing or falling off. I've adjusted the pad wires as much as I dare and the pads are tight when they leave the office but don't last more than a week or two. I know the patient and he is very gentle with his glasses. I'd like to compare the post size on the pads to see if there is any difference between factory and replacement pads. TIA

Are these for an Air Rim frame? I'm unclear by the 'slip-on' designation. For the Air Rim series, the pads are two components, the backing with post and the cushion. I can send pics if needed. Or if you know the model name...
