Turning plano frame demo lenses into sun demo lenses.

Hey, I have some ophthalmic "Jones" frames from "Tafilu" that may be a little too over-the-top to appeal to my market.

But they'd kick it as RxSun.

But you know how hard it is to imagine your bad self in sunwear when the lenses aren't dark. Can I convert the cheap plastic demos to dark, somehow? Cling wrap? Permanent marker? Cold tinting with food coloring?

Anything? Bueller?

Order some plano sun lenses from Dynamic Labs, call in a favor with a buddy or two that has a finishing lab, bring a over a case of beer, and go to it.

lensmans suggestion is it if you don't have an edger, I've promoted quite a few wallflower frames to sunglasses over the years
