I have a Px with this Rx:

+3.50 - 5.75 x 031
+1.75 - 2.75 x 142
add is 1.74

fit into a PAL with 4 drop and .90BD prism thinning applied. At the PRP I see exactly this. I understand that because it's an oblique cyl and goes from + to - I can see the image shifting in very weird ways as I move up toward the distance portion. At the fitting cross, I am reading about 1.5 base out and 1.75 base out for a total of 3.25! Is this going to be ok to dispense? Should I instead find a lens with 0 drop and request no prism thinning?
