While your weekends can be spent in the Poconos, hiking, skiing, dining, and enjoying the outdoors! During the week let’s focus on:

Overall management of the practice. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the practice with support managers from the clinic to the billing, we see your success in driving our mission. Our practice comes complete with all subspecialties, 19 medical providers and staff of 70 members-

Join us with:

• Revenue cycle management
• Strong business office functions
• EHR – implementation and management
• Coding/Insurance experience in Ophthalmology
• Personnel management and compliance. (FLSA, HIPPA, OSHA,)
• Preparation and presentation of forecasts and strategic plans and budgets.
• Goal planning and Strong leadership skill
• Optical management experience is preferred
• Ophthalmology experience is required!

Certifications preferred include Certified Ophthalmic Executive (COE), MBA, MHA.
