Strange issue on Nidek SE9090

Dear Community,

since a few days I have an strange issue on a Nidek SE9090 Exp+, sometimes the touch-screen is not reacting as it should and the buttons on the right are also not working.
Attached is a short video. Has anyone ever had such an issue?
