This was NOT done with FF considering this Rx and wrap angle?
Oh boy.

No but the pd, vertex and panto were compensated for (sphere and axis altered by. 25 sphere and 6 degrees respectively-the cyl power stayed the same) . Its the best we could do with the extremely limited budget.
She is wearing them and fusing (which I can't believe)
She couldn't afford what it would have cost this time, next pair the works is the plan.

I'm now questioning myself for fitting an old frame I should have probably returned to Luxottica with non freeform lenses at a seriously discounted price to the consumer. I try my hardest to give everyone what they want and what I think they actually need at a price they can afford.
She wanted the frame, it was on the discontinued/budget board, she refused to wear her old glasses from om somewhere else because of how it made her look with the one more myopic eyes lens being thick.
my gut feeling was poly freeform, but the optician who fit them told me more than anything the young lady wanted them to be thin.
I thought about it for a while, checked what the RX compensation would be, spoke with the doc, thought about it some more and and made them how I did.
What would you fellow opticians have done in this situation? As for me? I'll be up late thinking about glasses because I care so much about every pair I let leave my shop.
The biggest concern I have with this Rx is positioning the vertical OCs to minimize vertical prism imbalance due to anisometropia.
Due to budget constraints that you described, and the above issues, the lack of compensation for position of wear will require a more orthoscopic alignment of the frame and lens in front of the eyes, that is, close to zero panto and not too much wrap. Even with POW capable software, pupil heights must be measured for both the positional calculations and for reducing VI.
Hope this helps,

you guys always help, all of you.
Im planning on a follow up call tomorrow to make sure she is still doing well.
