    Physio transitions discontinued?

    We got a call from our Essilor lab saying Physio transitions has been discontinued can anyone shed any light on this.

    Likely it's Transitions 7 that's been discontinued in favor of 8.

    EDIT: My most recent lens loader doesn't have Trans 8 available in Physio, at least not yet. Maybe it really is being discontinued? That wouldn't really surprise me; Physio is a 12-year-old design at this point.

    I can't imagine it's not available from the DRX processing.

    That is correct, it will no longer be available for Physio moving forward. We were told this at our Essilor Experts meeting last month.

    Yes, the Traditional Physio in Transitions is not being introduced in Generation 8, and is being discontinued.

    Physio DRX, Physio Enhanced and Physio W3 are all available in Generation 8.
