Our Pearle Vision Franchise in Fort Worth had been in business for more than 20 years. We are looking for energetic and motivated individual to join our team as an Optician/Lab Technician.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (included, but not limited):

  • Examine prescriptions, work orders, or broken or used eyeglasses to determine specifications for lenses, or other optical elements.
  • Edge, assemble and mount lenses into frames or process other optical elements.
  • Adjust lenses and frames to correct alignment.
  • Provide small repairs to eyeglasses, i.e. nose piece replacement, temple replacement, etc.
  • Provide routine maintenance, and cleaning to equipment.
  • Ensure that all necessary lenses and other lab supply and materials available, and properly ordered.


Other requirements:
Candidate must be a team player, who will be able to help sales team to frame style patients, sell and mark glasses, as well as adjust frames, verifying and filing insurance, and general office duties.
We are looking for a full time applicant, who can work a few Saturdays per month
Minimum 1-year experience required,
Spanish - preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 1 year as optician lab tech (MUST), Sales: 1 year (Prefered)

EDUCATION: High school or equivalent (Required)

LANGUAGE: English, Spanish (Preferred)
