    Seg Height Estimation

We run an online glasses company currently doing around 80 orders a day.

Our biggest issue is estimating Seg height from the customer. Currently we have around 20% refund on progressive lenses.

Anyone have any recommendations how to better estimate seg height for each frames lens? I know companies like zeelool and zenni have seemed to figure out a way to estimate Seg Height.

I also noticed this company seems to have some sort of solution: https://www.eyeglasses.com/segment-height.html

We're open to any recommendations and have anyone has a solution we are willing to pay. Let me know

    Cheers

This is why we need Dispensing Opticians. Sorry, but online retailers that sell directly to consumers are not eligible for OptiBoard.
