I have a new patient with Down Syndrome who has only ever worn cable temples. Like a lot of Down patients, he is a high hyperope (+7.00). He's wearing an OVVO frame that was well-chosen, zyl edge and not too big with cables. They don't want to re-use the frame.
Any suggestions where I might find adult-sized zyl frames with cable temples?

I find artcraft cable temples to be of inferior quality unfortunately, I stopped getting them for people
