Outstanding Associate opportunity with successful Ophthalmology practice located in Fredericksburg, VA. Opportunity to join a privately owned, busy practice focused on providing quality care. M-F schedule, only 1/2 day for Saturday once or so a month. Less than an hour from northern VA & Richmond, VA and an hour from coastal VA waters. Immediate need, interviewing now!

  • Outstanding base pay plus production
  • Modern Office- state of the art equipment
  • Efficient Techs to allow OD’s to focus on medical exams
  • 1-2 half day Saturdays possible each month
  • Full benefits include: Health, vacation, 401K, CE & PTO
  • Income Potential of $140,000-$150,000 the first year


Qualifications:
Must hold an O.D. degree with a license to practice in Virginia. Must be customer service oriented with a compassionate personality. Will consider optometrists with any experience level.
