Our well-established practice is perfect for those with ophthalmology/optometry management.

As our newest hire your day to day duties will be –
Mentor – mentoring our staff to be their best, scheduling training, and teach necessary skills to our staff
Marketing – managing physician referrals with personal visits, treats creative reminders and awareness
Managing – the experience for the patients. Let them see only the best of us, and our practice
Motivating – creating a friendly efficient environment for staff and patients by modeling the way
Partner - comfortable with managing the employee and patient experience ready to step in at any need
Business – payroll, HR functions, hiring and interview skills, growth plans, and budgeting too!
Optical – familiarity with Optical operations, frame board management, various insurance plans
Ownership – available to fill in wherever the practice needs including optical duties
